Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins promptly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a limited window. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us info@service-filtration.com . We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. Once manufacturing has started, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Supplied Items

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or ordering mistakes, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications of your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage

We will review your claim and, where the fault is ours, arrange a repair, replacement, or other resolution at no cost to you. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
