Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Lead Times

Because our products are made to order, shipping timelines begin only after your order specifications are confirmed and production is complete. Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Service Filtration of Canada Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from shipping or production delays.

2. Shipping Address — Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

Service Filtration of Canada Ltd. is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost as a result of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by you. Any costs arising from an incorrect address — including re-shipment, re-production, or return fees — are the responsibility of the customer. Address corrections may not be possible once an order has shipped.

3. Transfer of Risk and Title

Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer once the products are handed to the carrier for shipment. From that point forward, the products are shipped at the customer's risk.

4. Lost or Stolen Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Service Filtration of Canada Ltd. is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Any claim relating to a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment must be pursued directly with the carrier in accordance with the carrier's claims process.

We will provide reasonable assistance by supplying tracking information and shipping records to support your claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for the outcome of any such claim.

5. Delivery Inspection

The customer is responsible for inspecting all shipments promptly upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us in writing within 5 business days so that we can assist with your carrier claim.

6. Shipping Costs, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees, particularly for shipments outside Canada.

7. Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included.

8. Failed Delivery and Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to circumstances within the customer's control, any resulting return, storage, or re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our products are made to order, refused or returned shipments remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
